OFW Reintegration Program 2026
The National Reintegration Center for OFWs (NRCO), now under the DMW, provides comprehensive support for returning OFWs. Programmes include livelihood assistance of up to PHP 100,000, business start-up training, skills retraining through TESDA, and financial literacy seminars to help you transition from overseas employment back to the Philippines.

Available Programmes:
- Livelihood Assistance: Up to PHP 100,000 for small business start-up
- Skills Retraining: Free TESDA courses for returning OFWs
- Business Counselling: DTI-NRCO partnership for entrepreneurship
- Financial Literacy: Money management, investment, and savings seminars
- Psychosocial Support: Counselling for repatriated and returning OFWs
- SA PINAS (Balik Pinas! Balik Hanapbuhay!): PHP 20,000 livelihood assistance package
How to Apply
- Visit any NRCO regional office or DMW office
- Bring: passport, OEC (or proof of overseas employment), OWWA membership, valid ID
- Attend orientation and business planning seminar
- Submit business plan for livelihood assistance
- Receive training and/or financial assistance
