DFA Passport Appointment Guide 2026

The DFA Global Online Appointment System at passport.gov.ph is the only way to book a passport appointment in the Philippines or at embassies abroad. Walk-in applications are generally not accepted. Here is how to secure a slot.

  1. Visit passport.gov.ph
  2. Select location: DFA office in the Philippines or embassy/consulate abroad
  3. Choose appointment date and time from available slots
  4. Fill in personal details
  5. Pay via DFA ePayment Portal (prepayment required)
  6. Receive confirmation email with application form
