DFA Passport Appointment Guide 2026
The DFA Global Online Appointment System at passport.gov.ph is the only way to book a passport appointment in the Philippines or at embassies abroad. Walk-in applications are generally not accepted. Here is how to secure a slot.
How to Book
- Visit passport.gov.ph
- Select location: DFA office in the Philippines or embassy/consulate abroad
- Choose appointment date and time from available slots
- Fill in personal details
- Pay via DFA ePayment Portal (prepayment required)
- Receive confirmation email with application form
